3. Order Tracking | 訂單追蹤

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email/SMS. You can track your package on the courier’s official website. 訂單寄出後，您將透過電郵/短訊收到運單號碼，您可以隨時在物流公司官網追蹤包裹進度。

Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 7 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Inclement Weather: Delivery services may be suspended during Black Rainstorm Warnings or Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above.

若遇特定顏色缺貨，我們會優先以最接近的色系或同等級材料替代。若色差顯著，我們將主動聯繫您確認。
In the event of color stockouts, we may use the closest available shade or equivalent material. If there is a significant color difference, we will contact you before proceeding with the order.
